Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with APSnap. In accordance with our payment processor's requirements, we provide a clear and transparent refund policy for all our subscription services.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You are entitled to a full refund on any initial subscription purchase (Monthly or Annual) within 14 days of the transaction date. This is a "no-questions-asked" policy designed to ensure you have time to evaluate our tools risk-free.

2. Renewals

Refund requests for subscription renewals (both monthly and annual) must also be submitted within 14 days of the renewal date. After this 14-day window, renewals are generally non-refundable.

3. No Usage Qualifiers

Our refund policy applies regardless of how many AI evaluations or practice tests you have used during the 14-day window. We do not apply usage-based exceptions to your right to request a refund within this period.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at aswinapps.com/contact with your account details. We process all valid refund requests within 5-10 business days. Funds will be returned to your original payment method.

5. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Account settings to prevent future charges. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your plan's features until the end of your current billing period.
