• Account information from Aswin ID (name, email)
• Practice answers and FRQ responses you submit
• Progress data (scores, accuracy, subjects studied)
• Usage analytics (pages visited, features used)

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to provide the Service, including:

• Grading your FRQ responses using AI
• Tracking your progress across subjects
• Improving the quality of generated questions
• Maintaining your account and session

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely in our database. We use industry-standard encryption and security practices. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. AI Processing

Your FRQ responses are sent to Google AI for grading. This data is processed temporarily and is not stored by Google beyond what is needed for the grading response.

5. Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, your account, progress, and all associated data will be permanently removed.

6. Children's Privacy

AP Snap is designed for high school students (ages 14+). We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
