By accessing or using APSnap ("the Service"), provided by Aswin Solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
APSnap is an AI-powered educational tool designed to help students prepare for Advanced Placement (AP) examinations. The service provides practice questions, evaluations, and study tools. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the College Board.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Academic Integrity
APSnap is intended as a study aid. Users are expected to maintain high standards of academic integrity. The Service should not be used to cheat on official examinations, and results provided by the AI are for practice purposes only.
5. Subscription and Refunds
Certain features require a paid subscription. We offer a full, no-questions-asked refund on all subscription purchases within 14 days of the transaction date. Please see our Refund Policy for specific instructions on how to request a refund.
6. Limitation of Liability
Aswin Solutions and APSnap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service. We do not guarantee specific scores on official AP examinations.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.
